The Fab Academy is an intimate group coaching program for women wanting more hands on support and personalized accountability to achieve their weight loss goals. Over the course of 90 days, through weekly group coaching calls, weekly email check in’s, unlimited email support, and monthly 1:1 calls, I will help you take a holistic approach to weight loss that focuses on nutrition, meal planning, increasing your daily movement, and strengthening your mindset.

My end goal is to help you build a strong foundation for long-term change so that you can finally ditch dieting, have more energy, and regain your confidence!
As part of my program, you’ll learn SIMPLE, easy-to-implement strategies that can transform the way you look and feel – as well as help you to better understand your relationship with food, without feeling Deprived, Restricted, Overwhelmed or Guilty!
