Sessions:
It will consist of (17) 1:1 sessions for about 1 hour, either bi-weekly or monthly.

You will also have access to me via text or e-mail for (two) 15-minute follow-up calls a month. So you never have to feel alone and have to wait to speak to me between
sessions.
